Award Of Excellence

Hanover, MA - October 22nd, 2014

JUNE 9, 2014 LANZILLOTTA EXPRESSES COLOR, ENERGY AND LIGHT HER PAINTINGS TAKE VIEWERS TO NEW WORLDS By Renée Phillips, Director of Manhattan Arts International “The Awakened Soul”, is an inspirational painting from Lanzillotta’s “The Awakening Soul” series. It ignites our sense of the cosmic — of the great beyond. As viewers we are uplifted into space and may feel the awesome presence of the world at the dawn of creation. This painting was recently chosen for the Manhattan Arts International online exhibition “Celebrate The Healing Power of Art”, which I co-juried with Lilly Wei, a New York-based art critic, writer and independent curator. It is a high honor for Lanzillotta to have been selected because Lilly Wei is a writer for leading art magazines in the U.S. and abroad including Art in America and ARTnews.
